My Daily Smoothie

Ingredients

Base:

  • Start with 1 cup of ORGANIC mixed greens and vegetables. The goal is to mix it up and have different vegetables each time. Remember to get a variety of colours.

  • Prepare vegetables for one week – cut them all up in small pieces and put them in a large bowl and mix. Then put them in 1 cup portions into small Ziploc bags.

Greens & Vegetables:

  • Celery, Kale, Spinach Collards Chards, Beets, Beet greens, Broccoli, Parsley, Zucchini, Avocado, Ginger, Watercress, Arugula, Mustard Greens

    **Use plenty of Radicchio Lettuce, Celery, Parsley and Wild Blueberries

Directions:

  • Make your smoothie each morning in a blender (a Vitamix) by adding:

    • 1 cup mixed greens/vegetables - frozen

    • 1 cup frozen organic blueberries

    • ½ banana – frozen (if you want it sweeter)

    • ½ cup almond milk

    • 2 cups water (Play with this amount for consistency)

  • Additional ingredients: (May not be appropriate for everyone)

    • Body Bio – E-Lyte

    • Body Bio Trace Minerals

    • 1 tsp glycine (amino acid)

    • 1 tsp lysine (amino acid)

    • ½ tbsp of ground flax seeds

    • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder-Pure Paleo

    • Vitamin D liquid – 5,000 IU

    • Vitamin A – 5 drops

  • Optional oils:

    • 1 tbsp BodyBio Balanced Oil

    • 1 tbsp Phosphatidyl Choline
